You must forgive me for getting this one out so late in the working day….because I have been busy actioning tasks in line with my personal and business ‘values’.
Smiling on a Monday !
I’ve been looking forward to Monday’s recently.

My favourite day is Thursday because #ThursdayThoughts are thoughtful, and that allows space to manifest in calm stillness. Thursday is always a day for deep reflection and meditation…all day in The Green Lotus Lounge. This week’s meditation is a special solar plexus protection meditation and that’s because last week I had to turn away someone at the door who wanted to move in with me at TheGreenLotusLounge. I did this to protect my home as a safe space for healing. I did this from a grounded position rooted through a year devoted to healing & recovery from a toxic work environment. 
As you may know I spent over 18 months absolutely dreading going to work…. and now… I can’t wait for Mondays!

If you feel the need to protect yourself from a toxic work environment, or need to find your innate courage to speak out, determine boundaries, and move forward with your life ( you will be persecuted, but people who speak truth to power, wise sages and people of strong moral authenticity always are - do not be scared)
If you are suffering from bullying or cognitive dissonance - or like me, have experienced that uncomfortable nausea in the pit of your stomach when your innate ethics and morality are being undermined in the workplace -
do join me this Thursday as we protect, support & strengthen our solar plexus’ , create safe boundaries, and develop deep rooted courage to elevate and accelerate your life.
That is the kind of transformational work I am excited about.

Nothing less than the transformation of society

 through our individual human revolution. The creation of value in society has been something I have been committed to, not just since my renaissance emergence from last winter’s Dark Night of The Soul, but for over thirty years. Not just giving the phrase ‘the transformation of society’ as empty rhetoric or even worse as public domain Orwellian double speak, but through consistent daily prayer and belonging to a Buddhist Society for the creation of value. 

My dedication to add value to everything I do comes from that 30 year commitment. It underpins my own human revolution. And I have really come a long way in the past few years.
The potential for creation of value is what feeds my determination to develop a professional team of individual’s who respect each other as equals. 

So Monday’s are my second favourite day because I focus on making sure that my Lotus Family corporate values lead the actions of the week. Sadly too many organisations don’t walk their talk. Heralding a new era, in which the collapse of systems that have previously enabled those behaviours is breaking down; and we will be seeing more and more ‘public interest’ reports issued not by journalists but by public sector auditors.

  An ‘holistic’ approach to health requires a complete re-wiring of your world view. 1905 Albert Einstein publishes his ‘Special Theory of Relativity… … shattering the concept of a Newtonian world view:  Space is not three dimensional and time is not separate from form ‘entity’.
