It’s a good day to remember what has been ‘setting up for you since September 2023? 

What happened for you in September 2023?

It’s when I was signed off sick from working in an unnecessarily stressful, toxic work environment. It’s when my body needed to sleep 16-20 hours a day, to recover from a Machevelian Narcissist psychopath manager, and I began the most incredible healing journey of my life… connecting body, mind, spirit, and soul…. Waking up and remembering my mission, my true purpose.

What gift did September 2023 offer you ? 

What was setting up for you then?
Whatever it means to you, it is about your ability to discern, to feel, to acknowledge the truth of the matter around you.
You may feel a polarisation.
you may become aware of ‘powerplay’ of politics and even ‘war games’. 
You may feel a primal rage, or you may feel a separation. 
Today you are being counselled, guided, to step away from these feelings of pain, fear, anger;
and consciously move into the sphere of compassion, unity & unconditional love. 
To quote again astrologer Pam Gregory, today you are being invited, reminded, nudged, to “find your simple road to joy”.

What is the truth of what is happening around you?
How does it make you feel?

Here’s a question worth contemplating this weekend
What does it mean to be ‘human’ at ‘this time’?
