2025 #Thursdaythoughts : why early February left you feeling agitated; and what you can do about it?

Why early February left you feeling agitated; and what you can do about it?

Have you been feeling ‘kind of edge, agitated, more stressed or more easy to flare-up than usual. Maybe impacted by insomnia? Relationships on the brink? People seemingly cracking up around you?

February is ‘make friends with mars’ month. That phrase comes from astrologer Pam Gregory whose positivity is contagious. Mars the god of war and mars the planet, both red and fiery….in your belly?

For those of you reading this after February 2025,  I’m referring specifically to fluctuating, shifting, energies that you may have been sensitive too particularly February 4th & February 5th.

I was definitely sensing more inexplicable inner agitation than normal. It felt like PMT. But I am so past menopause that I know it was related to the ‘frequencies’ around me.

My advice is: if you have a genuine grievance that you have authentically identified as the trigger to your feelings, it’s ok to  let the fire out from your belly, and let those people around you know that you are feeling pissed off with them.
We need to communicate in order to learn. A few years ago my son called me a hypocrite but then didn’t elucidate further and was really difficult for me to learn from that situation without communication. But it is difficult to communicate from an energy of anger.

Beware words are spells. I have a fiery temper when my ontological safety is threatened. I have often cast words with anger (often to myself).

It’s important to let anger out of your body because if you don’t it will fester and cause dis-ease.

But do learn how to apologise quickly & deeply; and regain your equilibrium by ‘letting it go’. It’s not always best to scream at the trigger of your anger.
But you do need to shout, or let the energy out of your body in some other way. Because trapped and repressed anger causes mental disturbance, inflammation (particularly affecting joints) and pain; and stagnant anger causes deep imbalance. The seat of anger in your body is your liver because your liver’s function, amongst other things is homeostasis and balance. It aids digestion, metabolises fat, purifies blood, stores nutrition, releases energy and detoxifies you.
Take a moment to think about how closely your solar plexus (the neurological centre that helps protect you from environmental trespass) is to your organs in this area.
If you are sensitive you may be able to smell or see  ‘liver yellow’ in people who have repressed and stagnant anger embedded and stuck imbalance their health. Liver imbalance has a very distinct scent, and your liver is having to process an increasing number of toxins coming at you from your environment.

How you can prevent that from happening

I’m going to take 5 (minutes) to share with you a really effective somatic releasing technique. You can download a clip from this video, subscribe, book mark it, or download it onto your desktop or phone to remind you it’s a modality you can use, whenever you need to.

It’s not just your immediate environment that was affecting you at the beginning of February 2025

#ThursdayThoughts: Can you reverse and recover from fibromyalgia in 30 days?

The honest answer is it’s going to take longer than that It took me 6-9 months, with support.  But I know that if I could have taken a supported 1:1 month residential, with someone who was living proof that it could be done, I could have recovered in a lot less time. One of the reasons I was disabled by the condition for so long was because I confused symptom management with healing. Another was that I relied on pharmaceutical medication, which didn’t help, and oftentimes made my physiology worse (with complex side effects) Another was that, despite having experience as a spiritual & kinesiology healer, I didn’t recognise that there is a specific energy pattern to fibromyalgia that sustains the pain & fatigue caused by grief & trauma trapped in our etheric energy field. Another was that I didn’t understand the crucial role alkalising diet takes in reversing inflammation within the body. I still managed to achieve sustainable recovery and that’s why I’m launching a new...

#ThursdayThoughts: 3 things I learned (about time) thru experiencing a DNOTS

3 Things I learned about time, and how it affects your health Today’s #ThursdayThoughts lean into more philosophical esoteric musings. Time is a construct  Day & night, and seasons are created by Gaia earth turning. Whether you believe that earth was created as a Garden of Eden for human beings to experience; or that humans were created, in the image of god, as its custodian; or whether you believe that we, like fleas irritating a dog’s skin, are irritating the surface of earth or maybe you view human beings like parasitical bacteria growing out of control in a petri-dish. Whatever your contextual framework, you cannot argue against the fact that, we exist  indisputably ‘here’ and ‘now’. …and the earth turns …and never does a winter not turn in to spring; and  …time has an affect on our health (mental & physical). Let’s unpack the phrase: “time is a construct” We only experience time because we are sentient beings existing within time & space.  We experie...
