2025 #Thursdaythoughts : why early February left you feeling agitated; and what you can do about it?

Why early February left you feeling agitated; and what you can do about it?

Have you been feeling ‘kind of edge, agitated, more stressed or more easy to flare-up than usual. Maybe impacted by insomnia? Relationships on the brink? People seemingly cracking up around you?

February is ‘make friends with mars’ month. That phrase comes from astrologer Pam Gregory whose positivity is contagious. Mars the god of war and mars the planet, both red and fiery….in your belly?

For those of you reading this after February 2025,  I’m referring specifically to fluctuating, shifting, energies that you may have been sensitive too particularly February 4th & February 5th.

I was definitely sensing more inexplicable inner agitation than normal. It felt like PMT. But I am so past menopause that I know it was related to the ‘frequencies’ around me.

My advice is: if you have a genuine grievance that you have authentically identified as the trigger to your feelings, it’s ok to  let the fire out from your belly, and let those people around you know that you are feeling pissed off with them.
We need to communicate in order to learn. A few years ago my son called me a hypocrite but then didn’t elucidate further and was really difficult for me to learn from that situation without communication. But it is difficult to communicate from an energy of anger.

Beware words are spells. I have a fiery temper when my ontological safety is threatened. I have often cast words with anger (often to myself).

It’s important to let anger out of your body because if you don’t it will fester and cause dis-ease.

But do learn how to apologise quickly & deeply; and regain your equilibrium by ‘letting it go’. It’s not always best to scream at the trigger of your anger.
But you do need to shout, or let the energy out of your body in some other way. Because trapped and repressed anger causes mental disturbance, inflammation (particularly affecting joints) and pain; and stagnant anger causes deep imbalance. The seat of anger in your body is your liver because your liver’s function, amongst other things is homeostasis and balance. It aids digestion, metabolises fat, purifies blood, stores nutrition, releases energy and detoxifies you.
Take a moment to think about how closely your solar plexus (the neurological centre that helps protect you from environmental trespass) is to your organs in this area.
If you are sensitive you may be able to smell or see  ‘liver yellow’ in people who have repressed and stagnant anger embedded and stuck imbalance their health. Liver imbalance has a very distinct scent, and your liver is having to process an increasing number of toxins coming at you from your environment.

How you can prevent that from happening

I’m going to take 5 (minutes) to share with you a really effective somatic releasing technique. You can download a clip from this video, subscribe, book mark it, or download it onto your desktop or phone to remind you it’s a modality you can use, whenever you need to.

It’s not just your immediate environment that was affecting you at the beginning of February 2025

A brief history of the science of ‘Healing through the Human Energy Field’ (PT 1)

A brief history of  healing through the Human Energy Field You understand that when someone is angry in your presence you are ‘seeing red’? So are they. If you de-focus your eyes you may also see red sparks firing off them toward you. If you look closely at their outline (where their physical body/skin meets the air, you may be able to perceive a tgrey fluid like slow, or stuck, energy underneath the red haze. This shows you an area of their energy field where deep emotional sadness, loss or trauma became stuck in their energy field, possibly even causing physical, as well as mental, psychological, harm.  Trained Spiritual’ healers use this higher sense perception, and connection to source’ to channel universal energy and. heal your energy fields (the energy matrix that activates life source around and within your body). And this release, in turn allows your body to re-map, re-vert, recover & restore health within your body.  In the 1990s, I trained with the National ...

A brief history of the science of ‘Healing through the Human Energy Field’ (Pt-3)

An ‘holistic’ approach to health requires a complete re-wiring of your world view. 1905 Albert Einstein publishes his ‘Special Theory of Relativity… … shattering the concept of a Newtonian world view:  Space is not three dimensional and time is not separate from form ‘entity’. Connected they form a 4 dimensional continuum ‘space-time’. There is no universal flow of time: time is not linear nor absolute. Time is relative; space-time is relative. Form ‘entity’ is therefore also relative. Using terms such as ‘time’ and ‘space’ are just useful words to help us conceptualise ‘space-time’ and how universal energy fields relate to each other. Three dimension ‘space’ is a paradoxical paradigm  two different observers can observe the same event in reverse time i.e. the same event being ‘witnessed’ from a different position can be perceived by each observer as happening in the  relative past or relative future Linear ‘cause then effect’ is a Newtonian concept. Currently most...

A brief history of the science of ‘Healing through the Human Energy Field’ (Pt-2)

We have all experienced ‘knowing’ that someone close (e.g. a parent, child, or lover) is about to call just as we are thinking about them or looking at our phone. Have you ever wondered how this psychic’ phenomenon, your intuitive ‘sixth sense’, actually works? Our life, and the entire universe is created from interactive fields of electromagnetic light energy Less than 100 years after the establishment of Newtonian physics as the framework for scientific ‘thinking’, new physical phenomenon was discovered. But it didn’t fit into this established framework and was predominantly ignored by scientists within this establishment.  Michael Faraday (1791-1867), experimental physicist: Observed  that a changing magnetic field can induce an electric current in a nearby wire i.e he ‘discovered’  electromagnetic induction. Introduced  the concept of "lines of force" to visualize and understand the electromagnetic field i.e field theory Made significant contributions to our unde...
